At Le Monde we use high quality fresh local ingredients alongside a fully stocked wine cellar offering a wide range of the finest wines.
Due to the nature of our restaurants and our brasserie counter concept, the menus displayed on our website are sample menus and will change daily depending on the season, availability and chef’s choice.

We take great pride in the provenance of what we offer to our guests, with an emphasis on the best cuts of locally sourced meat and fish.
We only use Welsh and Scottish beef, and local Welsh lamb.
We practice traditional butchery techniques, and all meat is prepared in-house.
Local fish is our speciality, and we only buy the best from local catches. Our fishmonger is a long established family firm, who supplies us daily with the pick of freshly caught, premium fish.
Fresh fish supplied by Snowden & Co, one of the top suppliers of fresh and frozen fish in South Wales.
